Beach front property development in St. Johns county is a fast paced market. Suzanne Nulty and her partners were looking to quickly attract investors for this proposed oceanview subdivision. Only existing at this point in name, I provided a balanced logo for their signage vision. The stationary package supplied left little for potential investors to imagine and gave weight to a project still in its infancy.
